Jim Senge serves as Senior Vice President at Ebix Health, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving innovation across its suite of health and voluntary benefits administration solutions. With a focus on growth and market expansion, Senge leverages his more than 35 years of experience leading efforts to deliver integrated, on-demand technology platforms that streamline administration, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience for carriers, TPAs, self-insured groups, and brokers.
In his role, Senge collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to align Ebix Health’s offerings with the evolving needs of the benefits ecosystem, ensuring the delivery of scalable, flexible, and future-ready solutions. He also provides leadership across product development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, helping to position Ebix Health as a leader in digital transformation for the health benefits industry.
Senge began his career at ECCO Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in the design, development, and implementation of turnkey software solutions for government and commercial sectors. In 1989, ECCO partnered with a Pittsburgh-based TPA to form Acclamation Systems Inc. (ASI). Senge led ASI’s advanced technology team and was a key architect of the LuminX benefits management system. He served as General Manager of ECCO Consulting and, in 2000, became CEO of ASI.
Senge is a graduate of the Institute of Computer Management in Pittsburgh, an alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, and a graduate of the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School.
Mark Brown

As the VP of Sales at Ebix Health, Mark Brown has over 35 years of experience in the health and voluntary insurance benefits industry. In his role, Brown leads the strategic direction for sales, driving revenue growth, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with clients. He is instrumental in promoting Ebix Health’s innovative technology solution, EbixEnterprise, that streamlines health and voluntary benefits administration, helping clients enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Brown excels at managing long-term client relationships, ensuring that client needs are consistently met and exceeded. His leadership in sales strategy and client relationship management has been key to expanding Ebix Health’s presence in the market. Prior to his role at Ebix, Brown co-founded Acclamation Systems in 1989, where he developed a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver technology-driven solutions that drive lasting business success.
Eric Mountain

With over 45 years in the software industry, Eric Mountain brings deep expertise in health and voluntary insurance benefits administration, with a career spanning software design, development, and client support. He began as a software entrepreneur, leading his own firm for 25 years before joining Ebix Health in 2002.
Since then, he has played a key role in shaping the LuminX and EbixEnterprise platforms, leading product development, refining implementation strategies, and establishing project management practices. Mountain has been instrumental in expanding Ebix Health’s product offerings and client reach. His enduring commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive client success and strengthen the Ebix Health brand.
Lee McFarland
Director, Product Consulting

With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lee McFarland has primarily focused on the voluntary and health benefit sectors. McFarland brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into every aspect of benefits administration. She began her career working with several insurance carriers and a third-party administrator, gaining firsthand experience across the operational and client service sides of the business.
Since joining Ebix Health in 1989, McFarland has become a key leader within the organization. She currently oversees the Product Consulting and Training departments, playing a critical role in guiding both internal teams and external clients through the complexities of the LuminX benefits administration platform. McFarland is a go-to expert for both staff and clients who rely on her for system insights, practical training, and strategic guidance.
McFarland’s commitment to client success and her passion for empowering users through education have made her a key part of the Ebix Health team.
